Today was an incredible day. In a press release, we announce the date of our first flight, July 14th, and that our reservations system was available to make reservations.
Then we were bitten by the response!
The response was so overwhelming that it crashed our servers. The number of visitors to our site and the number of people attempting to make a reservation simply could not be handled. Quite frankly, although we expected a good response, the response was overwhelming
I want to personally thank everyone who tried to get on the site, while at the same time apologize for any inconvenience. We are working feverishly to correct the situation.
While we’re figuring out what went wrong and how to correct it, we’ve put up a manual reservation page. If you go to our reservation page, you can see a representation of our schedule of cities, dates and flights. Just email us your contact info and as much info as possible about when and where your want your pet to fly, and we’ll call you back and make that reservation for you on the phone.
