| Pet Airways is the first airline specifically designed for the comfortable, efficient transportation of animals. Our mission is to provide air transport service with a level of concern and attention matched only by pet owners themselves. On Pet Airways, pets travel exclusively in the climate-controlled main cabin of specially appointed pet-only planes. From the comfortable waiting and boarding facilities, pet parents can be assured their animals will be treated with tender, loving care throughout the journey. In other words, we want to transport and take care of your pets the way you would if you could do it yourself. |

| We work very hard to ensure you and your pets’ experience with us is the absolute best. However, we’re also realists, and we know that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned.
