MyPAWS Club Membership Program Rules

General Rules

The MyPAWS Club Membership ("Membership") is open to anyone at least 18 years of age. By joining the program, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older, and by using this program, you agree to the Rules of the program. Your Membership is nontransferable and is subject to present and future program Rules. Enrollment begins when you register on the Pet Airways site, on the day of enrollment. Enrollment in the MyPAWS Club constitutes acceptance of the club’s terms and conditions.

To remain an active MyPAWS Club Member, you must renew your Membership each year by the anniversary of your Membership in order to maintain Membership Benefits, however points earned in our Pet Airways Points program are never lost and can be redeemed regardless of the status of the Membership.

Membership Benefits

1. The Pet Airways Pet Points Program.

a. Earning Pet Points

As a Member of the MyPAWS Club program, you are automatically enrolled in the Pet Airways Pet Point Program (“Program”)

You will earn 100 points ("Points") for every one direction, embark and debark flight you take on Pet Airways.

Points will post to your MyPAWS Club account ("Account") at the time you make and pay for a reservation. You may earn additional Points through special offers and promotions. Point calculations are based upon dollars. It is not our intent to imply any monetary or intrinsic value to points. The value of points remains in the absolute discretion of Pet Airways. Points are nontransferable. If services are cancelled or products are returned, the appropriate Points will be deducted from your Account for that return.

Rules and rewards may be changed, altered, modified or eliminated at any time without any recourse for the point holder. Points are not an obligation of Pet Airways .The decision of Pet Airways Management regarding dispute resolution or rules interpretation shall be final. Violation of MyPAWS Club Membership Rules may result in the forfeiture of accumulated points and Pet Airways reserves the right to terminate your Membership at its sole discretion without cause.

b. Redeeming Pet Points

Points never expire, and may be redeemed at any time, however, Points may not be redeemed for discounts off prior purchases. Other exclusions may apply.

Simply email us at redeempoints@petairways.com with your redemption request, and our Pet Airways Concierge will respond quickly.

c. Donate points to charity

We encourage Members to contribute their Pet Airways Points to Pet Charities. Pet Airways has established a special Charity Membership exclusively for Members to donate their point from time to time. Pet Airways will match 5 points for every point donated. This is a great way for us to support the charities that our members support. To request a transfer of points to your favorite Pet Charity, please e-mail your request to: pet points4charity@petairways.com

 

2. The MyPAWS Club Store

As a member of the MyPAWS Club, you have access to the MyPAWS Club Store. The MyPAWS Club Store aims to have the lowest price available for pet products any where on the web or in retail. In fact, we set our prices to only cover our organizational costs. Our goal is to have you to receive discounts of up to 40% and sometimes even more.

 

3. The MyPAWS Travel Desk

As a member of the MyPAWS Club, you have access to our Travel Desk. Typical reservations sites charge you between 8-15% as a commission (it is built into the price, and the booking agent earns this fee). We have eliminated that commission, and you save.

 

4. Discounts at our Affiliated Companies.

We have set up special arrangements with our affiliates to provide you with special discounts. Our discounts will save you an additional 10-15% on your purchases.

 

5. Coupons and Discounts

As a My PAWS Club Member, you will have access to special coupons and discounts that we have arranged with vendors and manufacturers of pet products. Check out the deals before you shop, so that you can take advantage of the deals we have negotiated for you.

 

And of course, here’s the fine print: a person can have only one membership and get only one free flight, and you can only have one free flight per household. That’s it!

The MyPAWS Club program Membership is brought to you Pet Airways. By becoming a Member of the MyPAWS Club program, you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from Pet Airways. Pet Airways, the Pet Airways logo and the tag line MyPAWS Club, and other logos and taglines associated with the MyPAWS Club program Membership, are the intellectual property of Pet Airways and others under controlled conditions. Membership Rules are void where and to the extent prohibited by law. Taxes may apply where required by law.

 

The foregoing benefits and promotions are subject to availability and minimum membership levels, and may be wholly or partially revised, modified, changed, revoked or terminated by Pet Airways at any time with or without notice to you. The foregoing benefits and promotions do not form a contractual obligation of any type between you and Pet Airways. Pet Airways makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, as to the availability, quality, timeliness or any other quality or characteristic of the foregoing benefits and promotions, and Pet Airways is not liable for any damages arising from or related to the provision, rendering, denial or failure of the foregoing benefits and promotions.
