Refund Policy

To change or cancel your reservation, please call your our reservations desk at, 1-888-PET-AIRWAYS(1-888-738-2479)

Unlike most commercial airlines, our pawsengers come in all different sizes. Your pet’s seat is specifically assigned based on his or her size and thus your pet is assured of the correct spot on the plane. As a result, if you need to change or cancel your pet’s travel plans less than 14 days before departure, your fare will not be refunded, and no credit is available towards another flight.

If you need to make a change or cancel your pet’s flight more than 14 days before departure, there is a $75 change fee. The balance of your ticket price may be applied to a different flight as long as that flight is made with in a year from the date of change or cancellation. Your new ticket may be at a different price depending on when you rebook.

MyPAWS Club Memberships:
After you sign up for the MyPAWS Club Membership, you will have access to savings of up to 40% on different products and services. Once you purchase a discounted product or service and take advantage of being a member, there is no refund available for the membership fee. If you don’t take advantage of the benefits of membership and decide you don’t want to be a member and would like a refund, please contact Customer Service within the first 7 days, by email to wecare@petairways.com or by snail mail to:
