Nope! If we call it a reward, it's a reward, for whenever you want to use it. And for that matter, we don't have any frustrating exclusions or time limits on your Pet Airways Reward Points either.

As long as you have a Pet Airways Reward account, your flight points will be automatically credited at the time of purchase.

Earning and using your Pet Airways Reward Points is easy. To redeem points, simply email us at redeempoints@petairways.com with your redemption request, and a Pet Airways Concierge will assist you.

At PAWS, we base our Frequent Flyer program on the flights your pet(s) take and the services you purchase, not how many miles you fly or what fare you pay. You'll receive one hundred (100) points for each one-way flight or two hundred (200) points for each roundtrip. You can also earn points for stays at a Pet Airways Affiliated Pet Resort, and other PAWS services. After you have accrued 1,000 points, you'll have earned enough for one free round trip anywhere PAWS flies. You can also redeem points for other PAWS services.

Yes indeed. Points can be redeemed for any of your pets.

When you sign up for the MyPAWS Club, you are automatically enrolled in Pet Airways' Rewards Program.
