Pre-Flight Checklist:

Health Certificate and a negative fecal exam dated within
14 days of travel

Vaccinations:

Dogs (Rabies, DHLPP, Bordetella)

Cats (FVRCPP, Rabies)

Pet Height:

Please ensure pets are the height stated as we will not be able to take them if they
are larger. We measure from the paws to the top of the head.

Safety:

Our number one priority is the safety and comfort of our pet "pawsengers."

Health Certificates:

All pawsengers must have a valid certificate issued by a vet on file with Pet Airways, or presented at the time of travel.

Carriers:

There is no need to purchase a pet carrier. A USDA approved pet carrier is included in the fare.

From all directions

Take AZ-202 Loop E

Take exit 20 for Greenfield Road

Go South at N Greenfield Road

Turn left at E McKellips Road

Take the 1st left onto E Falcon Drive

Turn left at Fighter Aces Drive. The Pet Airways lounge will be about 500 yards on your right, opposite the picnic area.
